Baked Garlic Parmesan Wings (low carb)

3 pounds chicken wings
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons minced garlic (I just used the jarred garlic)
3 tablespoons of Italian seasoning
1 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

(1) Preheat oven to 350
(3) Combine the parmesan cheese, garlic, spices and salt and pepper in a small bowl.
(3) Press each side of the chicken wings into the cheese and spice mix.
(4) Place the wings onto a lined cookie sheet. I use a Silpat (silicone baking mat) so it doesn’t stick or burn. Bake for 40 minutes or until throughly cooked.  Turn with tongs half way through cooking time.
