I adore homemade ranch dressing! When I eat it – it has to be from scratch. It is easy to make and just pops with flavor. Here is an easy ranch dressing recipe that uses a little dill pickle juice! It has great flavor I love it as a veggie dip; especially for broccoli!
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
3 tablespoons of juice from a dill pickle jar
2 tablespoons of milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried parsley
3/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Wisk everything together until smooth. You can eat it immediately, however, the flavors will distribute a bit more evenly after refrigerating the dressing for an hour or so.
