Low Carb Food Find: Flaked Unsweetened Coconut (2 g. net carbs) Great for Snacking on and Cooking with!

Do you like coconut, but don’t eat it because of the sugar and carbs?  If so, you gotta try this unsweetened Bob’s Red Mill Flaked Coconut.  I looove anything coconut and love to occasionally snack on this.  It is mildly sweet and reminds me of an all natural low carb candy treat.  It smells like a tropical island!

This particular brand of coconut is all natural.  There is nothing in it but coconut!

Here is the nutritional breakdown:

Bob’s Flaked Coconut Unsweetened:
Serving: 1/4 cup
Carbs: 4 grams
