Low Carb Thousand Island Dressing

This low carb simple thousand island dressing definitely gave me a “a-ha moment”!  It is easy to make and ridiculously delicious! Awesome on burgers or salads or as a veggie or meat dip.  Get yourself some large lettuce leafs and make a low carb big mac!  This recipe makes about 1 cup of dressing.  Each tablespoon of dressing has only a trace amount of carbs (less than 1 gram).





¼ cup mayonnaise (I used the Whole Foods 365 organic mayo which has no sugar added)
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup sugar-free or reduced sugar ketchup (I used the Heinz brand – adds 4 g. of carbs)
3 tablespoons of dill relish (I used Vlasic)
1 tablespoon of  mustard

Mix ingredients together and enjoy!

  1. Thanks for sharing this. I have found a sugar free relish at Kroger’s that is pretty good. It is their brand. It is made with Splenda, which I know some people do not touch. I use very little at a time in deviled eggs. Will try it in this dressing. This will be wonderful on hamburgers!!!

      The recipe uses the Dill relish which doesn’t have sugar added. You could use the sugar free sweet relish though as well.

  2. Thank you so much such an easy recipe. I had ran out of low carb dressing yesterday. And was gonna have to order online. This is awesome even the color. Is right. I have lost 150 on low carb diet in past 2years people like you give me hope i need to lose anothet 150 but i am getting there. Thx again
